Due to Covid-19 no community groups are currently operating.
In 2018 a woman by the name of Leeanne Oldfield sent a letter to Club Jervis Bay looking for assistance with a Nowra to Dubbo drought relief drive. Leeanne had set up the charity to assist NSW farmers struggling with the severe drought conditions. From there Club Jervis Bay led the charge and enlisted the help of five other Registered Clubs in the area, to become known as the Shoalhaven Super Six.
Between the 6 Clubs we managed to raise $81,201.80, of which $40,000 was raised by Club Jervis Bay. This would see a large number of trucks head for the Dubbo region loaded with hay and other supplies for the farmers. Members of Club Jervis Bay management drove to Dubbo to assist with distributing the supplies to the local farmers. It was an amazing fund raiser and one the Club was very proud to be a part of.
